Download.com is where I usually go to get my Internet Security software. There are a lot of Free Programs you can download that do help. I myself Use Spybot and AVG antivirus with a Zone-Alarm Firewall program. Both are pretty good programs and I’ve never experienced any problems with them.
Go to http://www.free-vir.com. I use it on my laptop and it does a very good job. I’m not sure if it’s free after the first year, but you get to try it for at least a year for free. Good luck.
