Start with http://housecall.trendmicro.com
It will either be able to clean it or at least identify it by name. If it’s not able to clean it, search for the bot by name and you’ll find removal instructions.
Be prepared to enter “safe mode” in windows — if you’re not comfortable doing so, you may want to get some help from a friend or service.
** And DO NOT start by installing AVG as mentioned by the poster above — if you’re already infected, you CANNOT simply install anti-virus softare in 99% of the cases. Most bots and viruses make sure that newly installed anti-virus software will not work once installed if the computer is already infected.
You need to run a remote anti-virus scanner such as the one I mention above — one that is not already tainted.
