What Do I Do About The Trojan Horse Virus?

I downloaded a program and it came with this free norton anti spyware thing.
Every week this norton thing loads up and scans for viruses.
Yesterday it came up with about five instances of the “trojan horse virus”
I clicked on a button which said remove virus but it said that I had to get the payed version of norton Anti Spyware
What can I do to delete the virus without paying?
Should I worry?

A Trojan virus is faulty computer program that can infect remote computers by changing the desktop or deleting important files. Generally called a Trojan Horse, it appears as a legitimate file or software from a trusted source, therefore tricking users into opening it or downloading it. Take action and protect your personal computer files by learning to delete this Trojan virus.

norton is really crap, and the ‘trojan horse virus’ isnt just one virus, but a selection of virii.
get comodo internet security. free fireall and free anti-virus.
i use hacking software and it picks it up all the time, so it must be good. norton never did, only on a a few occasions.
if you use limewire, don’t download programs, as alot of people who do use it, do, and thats how they get affected.

See if you can install and run a scan with one or both of these free programs.http://www.malwarebytes.org/http://superantispyware.com/
Manually keep these programs updated. If you need free Anti-Virus then try AVIRA or AVAST.http://www.free-av.com/http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-…

You need to kill the process and the dll files attached to the trojan. You need to edit the msconfig and registry to stop it from loading startup. Here is a good tutorial:http://www.delete-computer-history.com/t…

You should pay for something as important as antivirus software, that makes it more reliable as it means that if you are guaranteed it will work, or else you have the right to get your money back and the company making the antivirus software would quickly become distrusted and lose customers.
A trojan horse is btw NOT a virus, but a form of malicious software, or malware. This means that a single “trojan horse virus” does not exist.
