There are a number of good Antivirus and Internet Security programs that will clean up your PC, camera memory card and prevent further infections getting to your PC.
I do not recommend free antivirus programs – some of them are quite good, but they do not offer comprehensive protection against the full range of digital threats.
Check out the reviews on http://www.datadefender.net of all the major antivirus providers. All of them do free trials so you can try before you buy if you want to (30 or 15 days depending which one).
The Internet Security programs give you all the protection that the antivirus has as well as a firewall, email scanning and a range of other features. You need to pick one that gives you maximum protection against viruses, spyware, trojans, adware, worms and any other digital threats. Watch out for the ones that slow down your PC and come up with annoying popups (avoid Norton and BitDefender for this reason).
Once your PC has the software installed, download the latest definition updates and run a scan to make sure it is clean. After that conenct your camera and run a scan to clean up your memory card. Everything should be OK after that.

Get Norton anti-virus (its the best) or take your camera/memory card to like a photo printing place and get them printed or put onto a CD because they would filter out the virus.
