I think you maybe have to format your full disk and reinstall OS. But donot use ghost.
And then use a good spyware.

If what Samual suggests does not work for you try this:
Download, update and run a full scan using the following product:http://www.superantispyware.com/
SuperAntiSpyware is exceptional and will remove the majority of difficult Trojans and Worms, not just the easy ones.
If possible it is recommended that you load the application in normal mode but run it in Safe Mode. Safe Mode can be started by continually pressing F8 during the boot sequence. However, if you are badly infected you might need to run SuperAntiSpyware more than once to help clean your system. If the only infections now being shown are in System Restore, once you are completely satisfied that you can boot normally, you can either delete the infected restore points manually, or temporarily turn off System Restore.
Assuming you have some real awkward infections and the suggestions above failed to totally clean your system I suggest you download a Smitfraud removal program from:http://www.afterdawn.com/software/deskto…
Again if possible run in Safe Mode.
Be advised that some infections will corrupt or disable your resident security products so for completeness I have listed a couple of online scans that may help you get started:

Those are cheap solutions and don’t get rid of spyware or Viruses very well. Download Onecare for Windows (Trial) Zonealarm (Demo), or buy ESET Reccomended, try the demos first I reccomend buying one of these. FYI free stuff doesn’t protect You.

I reccomming using Spybot and Adaware to keep you PC clean from spyware.
No single program can detect and eradicate all spyware which is why I recommend using Ad-aware and Spybot (they are free and the best). Other great free anti-spyware programs would be AVG Anti-spyware (formally Ewido) and Super Anti-spyware.
Webroot Spy Sweeper is the best, but it’s not free (see the Consumer Search source for reviews of the best anti-spyware programs).
Running these programs in Safe Mode (tap F8 after powering on the computer and choose to boot to Safe Mode) can be more effective.
