Computer Worm?
I think i have a computer worm, mcaffee pops up often with a message that says something along the lines of “Potential worm activity….5 emails sent within the last 30 seconds. Anyways, i tried around 5 different antivirus programs, and none worked. I finally installed Panda, which asked me to uninistall mcafee, and it found a couple of hacking tools and other bad stuff. However, i am not sure if the worm has been deleted. Can anyone give me some advice on finding if the worm is still in my computer, and how to delete if it is? Thanks!
rescan using panda,
reinstall macafee and see if this pop exist,
monitor your email activity.

Download, install and update.
Run full system scan,it is able to find the problems and remove them.
Finally,Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.

if u using Win XP. just restore ur PC and all worm gone away without any work lose
go to Start
All Programmes
Assosry
system tools
system restore
choose a restore point (a day before when u got this problem )
